I am Volkan Sıcakyüz. I was born in 1977 in Eleşkirt, Ağrı. After completing my primary, middle, and high school education there, I graduated from Süleyman Demirel University, Department of Textile Engineering in 2001. I worked as a textile engineer in various positions for a while. I am currently working as a civil servant in a public institution. However, setting sail for fantastic harbors has always been my dream. That dream led me to design the universe of The Chronos Thread.

With that purpose, I began working. I designed the main characters Talia, Vane, Kael, Jinx, Malakor, Chrono-Phages, Shadow Knots and Gorvaen; and the supporting characters Eldran, Aldris, Dorian, Elara and Cleo. I crafted the roles, abilities and backstories of each one, and built the story of the universe.

I created character visuals and character introduction videos for each of these characters. To demonstrate what could be achieved if this IP were brought to life, I produced a film trailer, a cartoon trailer, and a game trailer.

And now, I present to you this website as the showcase of my work.
